Astani Construction has renovated (existing) and developed (future) over $1 Billion worth of apartment buildings, luxury condominiums, custom homes, tenant improvements, and commercial enterprises in United States.
Hancock Park Management
Hancock Park Management specializes in management of commercial and residential real estate properties. Currently the firm operates/owns approximately 5,000 apartment units throughout Southern California. In addition, Hancock Park Management focuses on design, rehabilitation, subdivision and leasing properties.
Lambert Smith Hampton
Lambert Smith Hampton is one of the largest publicly traded and renowed commercial real estate firms in the United Kingdom, with offices in the U.S., Europe and Far East. The Lambert Smith Hampton corporate arm specializes in sales of existing office buildings, apartments, triple-net investments, as well as, office and retail leasing and direct consulting services.
